2. Check whether the microphone behind the remote control cable is plugged or covered;
3. Ensure that the headphone plug is connected to the audio signal source;
4. Check whether the device turns off call settings or recording settings.
Distortion of peak
1. Ensure that the plug connected to the audio source is fully inserted into the 3.5mm audio jack;
2. Check whether the audio source is turned on and working normally;
